A Hotel Employee Pulls Singer, May D. For N11,000 In Debt

A hotel employee named Blackgoddess, an X user, has accused Nigerian singer and former P-Square signee Akinmayokun Awodumila, also known as May D, of not paying his debt after staying with his friends.

 Goddess posted pictures of her WhatsApp conversation with the singer on her X handle on Sunday, pleading for the remaining N11,000 from May D. 

The hotel employee claimed that after May D and his friends checked into the establishment, she incurred a debt that she was compelled to settle entirely out of her own pay. May D, in response to the hotel staff's accusations, took to his X handle on Sunday to plead till the end of March to pay his obligation.


He wrote, “You people should leave me alone. She should send her account; I'll pay her when I get paid by my Oga at the end of the month because I'm broke. 11k, Abi.
