Wife is sued by husband for allegedly being pregnant twice, one for another man.

On Tuesday, Mr. Desmond Igbo, a plumber, brought his wife Rosemary before a Jikwoyi, Federal Capital Territory Customary Court, accusing her of having two children for another man.

This was stated by the petitioner, who lives within the court's jurisdiction, in a divorce petition he submitted to the court against his wife.

"There have been extramarital encounters by my wife.

She told me straight out that only my second child was biological.

"The other two, according to her, are not my biological children. "I've been looking after them for thirteen years.

This is terrible, and I want to file for divorce from my wife because of it," he remarked. Additionally, he testified in court that the marriage lacked understanding and affection.

 The businesswoman replied refuted the accusations.

Thelma Baba, the presiding judge, suggested that the couple look into reconciliation and postponed the case to March 25 in order to get a report on the settlement or hearing. (NAN)
