Why I Refuse to Hold Former Administrations Responsible - Tinubu

According to President Bola Tinubu, he dislikes placing the burden for the nation's socioeconomic problems on the shoulders of previous administrations.

This was said by the President on Monday during the Agric Mechanization Revolution for Food Security kickoff in Minna, the capital of Niger State.

Tinubu asserts that blaming previous administrations is not in line with his values since he is dedicated to making the correct decisions to strengthen the economy and put the country on the path to prosperity.

"After reading the papers, some of us are unsure of whether to take advantage of the past, abuse the present, or make excuses for the future," he stated.

"It's not included in my dictionary. My main goal is for you to act immediately, try your hardest, and restructure the nation's finances.

the nation and continue to lead the correct course. People who are whining right now need to realize that a country can only become great through tenacity and constancy.

The President also exhorted Nigerians to turn the nation's many difficulties into opportunities for economic growth.

In addition, Tinubu asked governors to honor the present minimum wage while the wage award is being reviewed higher and pledged to work with them to alleviate hunger.

"Now is the moment for Nigeria to rise to the occasion and seize the economic opportunity." He declared, "We have to take care of people and utilize our farming population, which includes raising animals.
