Chief Priest of Cubana Gets Personal and Considers Her Childhood Dream of Becoming a Catholic Priest

Pascal Chibuike, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, is a Nigerian socialite and businessman who has disclosed that as a child, he desired to become a Catholic priest.

Given the negativity that surrounds the world, Pascal Chibuike expressed his desire to return to his traditional Catholic beliefs. He acknowledged that he has been astray for a long time and that he has failed to teach his children the ways of the Lord. He also cited the need to protect his household and himself from the fowler's snares.

Chief Priest from Cuba, who also said on Instagram that he had once dreamed of becoming a priest because of his deep bond with his late mother, who introduced him to However, the Catholic church declared that "he feels that his spiritual journey has still been meaningful, even though he has not pursued this path in the past and plans to reconnect with his Catholic roots to strengthen his family's faith."

He said, "This is how I felt growing up; I always attended the blessed sacrament with my late mother and I wanted to be a Catholic priest." I attended the seminary after being accepted, but I was unable to succeed there because many people are called but few are chosen. God has lavishly blessed me beyond measure because of the morning masses, benedictions, charismatic renewal, block rosary, processions, and sacraments; nonetheless, the most excruciating suffering I endure is that my mother who brought me near to her Mary is no longer with me to see Ave Maria's magnificence. Mom, continue to rest in peace.

I'm returning to my traditional Catholic faith. I've been misled for a very long time. I've failed my children by not teaching them. I'm returning to reinforcing my family and myself. These nasty individuals really want me gone. I'm returning to my sword just because my mother isn't going to wake me up every morning for mass to commit my days.

SWAN: Team Nigeria's appalling performance at the Paris Olympics is unacceptable.

The performance of Team Nigeria in the 2024 Olympic Games has been characterized as significantly below expectations by the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN). Through the Secretary-General of the Association, Amb. Ikenna Okonkwo, SWAN President Mr. Isaiah Benjamin issued a statement stating that Nigeria's failure to return from the recently concluded Olympics with a medal was unacceptable. The Association blamed the country's enormous failure in Paris on administrative incompetence and ignorance, which became evident when the name of Favour Ofili, a highly regarded track and field athlete from Nigeria, was discovered to be missing from the list of competitors for the 100-meter event. After the Games, SWAN questioned why there were so many claims of medal hauls that administered by the sports authorities despite their full knowledge that nothing, not even the amount of preparation necessary to ensure a podium finish, was in place. Nigerians were led to believe that ev...
