Obi makes "private" visits to Lamido and Atiku.

On Monday, Peter Obi, the Labour Party's (LP) presidential candidate for 2023, made what close allies called "private visits" to the residences of former governor of Jugawa State, Sule Lamido, and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, in Abuja.

But Atiku first revealed that Obi had visited him on his X (Twitter) page, saying he was always happy to see him.
Remember that Obi ran alongside Atiku in the 2019 presidential contest?

According to a close colleague of Obi, "he paid a similar visit to Sule Lamido."

Peter Obi's departure from the PDP was facilitated, according to Atiku spokesperson Paul Ibe, who revealed this in an interview with Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
