Men have lost their way during the last thirty years. They are no longer seen in society. Rather than being proud of their masculinity, they shame themselves in order to atone for the transgressions of the men who came before them. The Missing Man pretends to be overly preoccupied with his profession and avoids facing the harsh truth that he has no idea who the hell he is or what he wants out of life by hiding behind it.
The origins of masculinity were lost on modern males. They frequently feel bad for being men in the first place and lack the maturity to accept responsibility. They lacked direction and role models, and as a result,
He frequently separates himself from other men, which exacerbates the situation. Absent Men frequently enjoy bragging about how "self-reliant and independent" they are. However, they're actually hiding. Relationships with other males are viewed by them as a sign of weakness.
The irony is that a guy will weaken and experience trust issues, envy, criticism, fear, and disdain for other men if he denies himself the opportunity to interact with other strong men.
However, hope endures.
From the ashes of the old masculinity, a new wave of men is emerging. Guys who combine the best qualities of the men who came before them, eschewing the errors and negative attitudes that held bringing them back from the heights.
I refer to this new human kind as "Grounded Man."

they don't even know if there is such a thing as a "real man" or what it means to be a man.
The "Missing Man," or contemporary man, has no idea who he is or what he desires. He is constantly being inundated with messages about who he "should" be, and he finds it nearly impossible to create his own identity due to the constant barrage of stimuli and fresh knowledge.
Consequently, the modern man has turned to a corrupted kind of tribalism. He is searching desperately for a group that would offer him a sense of direction and meaning, but he has lost sight of his mission, his purpose, and himself.
This man plays emotional games while trying to figure out who he is to keep from experiencing the suffering he says he doesn't.
