The deceased body of a male transvestite was discovered on the Katampe-Mabushi Expressway in Abuja on Thursday, and it was collected by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
Without any method of identification, the crossdresser's body was discovered covered in feminine clothing, including a bra, a weavon, and a handbag.
The FCT Police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed the report, saying that "a team of detectives were immediately dispatched to the scene while responding to a distress call received by the Command Control Room on August 8, 2024 at about 07:40 AM, that an unidentified lady was seen lying motionless along Katampe – Mabushi expressway."
