The former National Women Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Executive Director of the Nigerian Export and Import Bank, NEXIM Bank, Hon. Stella Okotete, has encouraged the youth to participate in the various youth programs launched by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and make their fair share of contributions to national development as the world commemorates 2024 International Youth Day.
Hon. Okotete said in a statement titled "From Protest to Nation-building: The Role of the Youth in National Development" that encouraging young people to make constructive use of their skills and imagination is essential to realizing the federal government's Renewed Hope Agenda.
The chances that President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Youth Projects provide for young people will not stop "At NEXIM Bank, we have several youth-friendly initiatives in the non-oil sector that support the Federal Government's Renewed Hope Agenda and we encourage Nigerians to take advantage of them to add meaning to their lives and the economy," Okotete stated, encouraging people to investigate all facets of the economy.
Every year on August 12, the United Nations observes International Youth Day to bring attention to the opportunities, struggles, and contributions made by young people around the world. "From Click to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development" is the subject for this year, she continued.
