Saheed Osupa, a Nigerian Fuji singer, has dropped his lawsuit against Portable. On Monday, Kemi Filani revealed that Portable had been taken into custody by the Kwara State police on suspicion of criminally defaming Fuji singer Saheed Osupa. Threat to life, incitement, character assassination, criminal defamation, conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, and the use of derogatory and abusive language were among the charges against him.
